Feminist Dalit Organization organized Report Writing Training from 11th March to 12th March 2014. The main objective of the training was to enhance the capacity of the staff for developing their skill to write qualitative report. In the beginning of the training, the participants introduced each other and then their expectations from the training were collected. Ms. Renu Sijapati from FEDO highlighted the objectives of the training.
Mr. Kumar Upadhyay, who was the facilitator of the training shed the light to the participants on 'what is report?', 'how to write report?', 'why we need report?', the nature of qualitative report, body of the report, structure of the log frame, intervention and results, input, output and outcome, model of impact chain etc. The methodology of the training was presentation, sharing, lecture, group discussion etc.
The participants of the training were districts and national staffs of FEDO, Central and District Board Members of FEDO.
