Feminist Dalit Organization organized financial management training from 13th March to 14th March 2014. The main objective of the training was to enhance the capacity of the finance and program staff as well as Board Members. The participants of the training were districts and national staffs of FEDO, Central and District Board Members of FEDO.
In the beginning of the program, the participants introduced each other and Mr. Raj Kumar Bishwokarma, Finance Officer of FEDO collected the expectations and problems of the participants. He also highlighted the objective of the training. FCA, Mr. Gyanendra Bahadur Bhari and Mr. Raj Kumar Bishwakarma of the FEDO were the Facilitator of the training.
Mr. Gyanendra Bahadur Bhari presented on Income Tax, VAT, Cash Deduction at Source (TDS), Book Keeping/Accounting system (double entry system) Procurement system and inventory management etc. so as to increase the understanding among the participants on these subject matter. Similarly, Mr. Raj Kumar Bishwakarma presented on strong supporting documents and AMANT principle, accuracy of the financial report, few issues which are always raised by auditors, awareness on fraud and corruption, budget plan, activity plan, action plan and progress etc. Ms. Nikita Bishwokarma, Adminnistration/Finance Associate also presented on administrative management.
