This project has been implementing in Doti district to strengthen the capacities of small marginal farmer organizations from the most deprived communities to networks, engage in and impact local, national and regional policy dialogue on food nutrition security. The project covered 3903 households, 167 marginalized and underprivileged farmer’s groups along with 17 Farmers’ Group Federations (FGFs) representing different Dalit men and women and non-Dalit communities) in working areas. 105 farmer groups were registered in DADO, Doti. Municipal level Farmers group federations (FGF) are formed and strengthened through which altogether 240 FGF members including 17 male and 172 female are directly involved in different RtF campaigns and Food & Nutrition security policy advocacy at local level.
